RMG Sector further reserves the right to terminate any user’s access to RMG Sector or to any of the Products and Services for any conduct that RMG Sector, in its sole discretion, believes is or may be directly or indirectly harmful to other users, to RMG Sector or its subsidiaries, affiliates, or business contractors, or to other third parties, or for any conduct that violates any local, or foreign laws or regulations.

REGISTRATION AND PRIVACY

BCertain of the Products and Services will require the user to register and provide certain data. In consideration of use of such Products and Services, in registering and providing such data, you represent and warrant that: (a) the information about yourself is true, accurate, current, and complete (apart from optional items) as required by RMG Sector registration forms (“Registration Data”) and (b) you will maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or RMG Sector has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, RMG Sector has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Products and Services. (c) If you are an individual, you must be 18 years or older to use the RMG Sector service and by registering, you represent that you are 18 years or older. We may require at any time that you provide evidence of your age.

All RMG Sector registrations become the exclusive property of RMG Sector, its subsidiaries. RMG Sector reserves the right to use and reuse all registration and other personally identifiable user information. Users may edit, update, alter or obscure their personally identifiable information at any time by following the instructions located in RMG Sector sites.

MEMBER AND USER CONDUCT

Upon registering, you will receive a password and RMG Sector ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and ID, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or ID. You agree to (a) immediately notify RMG Sector of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. RMG Sector cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement.

Refund Policy

RMG Sector caters to concerns and complaints in accordance to the following terms of use statement. Website users, partners, clients and customers are encouraged to review the following statement and in the event of partial and/or complete disagreement with the terms and conditions stated, we recommend immediate cease in regard to the use of the website and/or the services listed.

RMG Sector does not offer partial and/or complete refund on a sample and/or bulk order.
RMG Secto does not offer partial and/or complete refund in the event, a website user and/or customer starts, contributes and/or joins a negative narrative against the platform both online and off.

RMG Secto reserves the right to approve/disprove a refund request in accordance to afore mentioned terms of use. Website users and/or customers are encouraged to check back periodically to stay informed on these changes. These terms and conditions – as may be amended from time to time – constitute the entire agreement, and supersede any other agreements or understandings (oral or written), between the platforms and website users/customers.

For example, a RMG Sector account may be terminated or suspended if a user fails to sign-in to RMG Sector Service for an extended period of time; please see RMG Sector Rules and Regulation section for more information regarding RMG Sector’s policies concerning account termination.

LICENSE TO MEMBER WEB PAGES AND OTHER USER CONTENT
